MIA…and prayer resquest

hello all….

point 1 M.I.A….I know I have been out of action for ever so long now, not to worry still covering, still going strong, just with the beginning of both the public school year and my kiddos homeschool year plus my little guys surgery things have been hectic….

point 2…prayer request…just wanted to share something that has been keeping us busy and ask for everyone’s prayers, hubby and I are waiting on word about a property we are hoping to purchase… we are trying to buy a  home! all our own! after renting for the last ten years…  it is an acre lot  3 bedroom 2 bath, it is a repo property and is seller financed so things aren’t as cut and dried as they might be in another situation BUT this would be a dream come true, but I am sure most of you know that buying any real property can be a traumatic experience, so we have been of course following the normal procedures and dealing with our debts and making corrections ( or trying to!!) on our credit reports ( it is amazing how inaccurate one of those things can be and down right SCARY!), and paying things off and planning how to budget our down payment…I am assuming this is all standard stuff, real estate agent told us it looks good, income level is great for amount we want to borrow, our current landlord is prepared and willing to give us an A1 credit reference as is our auto loan holder and installment loan holder as well but research has taught me all to well how a mortgage (even with a lenient lender) can be a quite a tricksy little thing to capture. We are placing this all in the hands of God and asking for all the intercessory prayer we can get, this would GENUINELY be a dream come true after all these years to be able to start building equity in OUR OWN PLACE! hopefully Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday I can pop on and give every one a positive update and let everyone know what the next step will be for us. I hate to say it but I do kinda hope and pray that I wont have much time left over in the next couple of months for my internet activities, due to loan closing, packing, moving, unpacking…to pull this off I am willing to make most any personal sacrifice LOL

Quick post

Went with super simple purple and brown today because my shirt was a little busy containing blue,green,purple,raspberry and teal.,,,with some sequined flowers around the bottom..back to loose and flowy again as well. Hopefully soon i will have the time to post something besides just quick pics,,,next week my son Jamison goes to have surgery so I will have a lot of down time at the hospital and maybe posting will keep my mind occupied and on positive things

I don’t normally wear maxi scarves this closely fitted, and honestly I didnt mean to today, ,,I usually go for loose and flowy but for some reason a more fitted look was what came out…no trailing ends and the length is actually wrapped around twice! Different but I think I like it….and I am finally acclimating to the longer sleeves, the cardigans I picked up for layering are much cooler than even a single long sleeved shirt and I love the options for color coordination…

Fuchsia and orange sherbet…

Don’t wear this crinkle scarf very often as I only have about one thing in my wardrobe that matches,since a recent good will haul when I collected about four different cardigan options it has opened my wardrobe options much wider, I can actually utilize the half a dozen tank tops that have been languishing in there this summer!!!!

White infinity jersey scarf w black accents

I am loving this jersey infinity scarf, can’t wait to pick it up in a few more colors…I don’t love white as I think it washes me out too much…but I think it is a neutral you almost have to have around.

Polka dots and neutrals

Blues and browns were the deal on Sunday,pretty low key but I liked it, this scarf is light and airy.

New Maxi scarf

New maxi scarf got on sale at k mart I am liking the extra fabric to work with and it has three different sections of pattern which makes it like having three new scarves. Ummmm YAY,….oh, and I am really figuring out I am loving the color orange…who knew?

Blue bonnet! :)

Another infinity wrap here, nice and tucked in with a little green for contrast…I think it turned out well but I am trying to get used to covering more of my neck that has been a struggle for me as I kinda feel like I’m choking…hopefully I can figure it out

Purple pop

I am loving these new Solid infinity scarves hubby gave me, and purple is Mah favorite color Eva!!!! See I love it so much I slipped into slang. .. 🙂
